SmallBear sells a very nice grade of shielded wire: http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=86.

For a cheaper solution, go to Radio Shack and buy their cheapest 6 foot stereo patch cable with RCA jacks. Cut of the ends, pull the wire into two parts and you have 12 feet of easy to use shielded cable.

Since I tried the wire from Smallbear, I haven't used anything else.
It works extremely well!
Have a look- http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=85

*EDIT* didn't realize you were wanting shielded.

Not to downgrade Smallbear,  but I buy those cheap rca cables that for example hook up a cassette deck to an amp.
I get them whenever I see them on sale or at a dollar store for a dollar.  They always work fine for me.

Peace!

Alpha Wire P/N 3210 is the best shielded wire I've ever used. It totally kills everything else I've tried. Nice and thin, and it has excellent shielding. The best part is that the insulation on the center conductor can take the heat of soldering without melting or shorting through to the shield.

How is the 3210 with respect to microphonics?  I have been looking for something else ever since I picked up some Belden shielded cable that turned out to be microphonic in high gain / high impedance applications.
