most likely you will have to edit the PCB, or build an extra PCB inside the enclosure. There are plenty of ways to boost a signal.

If you want to do it without adding parts, you can replace the 10K resistor feeding inverting input of the output opamp stage with a 10k pot(wired as a variable resistor), and perhaps a 2k resistor in series.

Unfortunately because of all the filtering in the circuit the output opamp tries to compensate for this, and boosting will alter this to an extent.
