hey guys

just thought id say thanks to all those who helped me out recently.

today i did my first concept to completion in 24 hours - its got about 30 parts and is mainly blocks of other circuits patched together - but it was really nice to go from spice to vero and have it work from the moment i plugged it in - and sound good too! when i started concucting my own projects would last as long as several weeks to months - so its nice to knock one out in 24hrs.

its much more fun when you have an understanding of whats actually going on too. takes a while to get there though..

cheers

Congratulations Ulysses!
I know what it's like laboring over something for long periods of time when all you want to do is Hear it!!
There's alot to be said for instant gratification.
I guess it's kinda like "fast-food" circuits!  ;D

I've had that happen a couple times and it IS a nice feeling.  You have an idea on the bus into work in the morning.  You cogitate about it all day (pretending to pay attention during meetings), and draw it out on the busride home.  Then you go home and perf your way past supper and bedtime tuck-ins, and somewhere around 11:30PM you plug in and voila...ROCK N ROLL, BABY!!

What is it ?  As usual, I must have missed something...
Mystery lounge. No tables, chairs or waiters here. In fact, we're all quite alone.

its a distortion pedal made up of various tweaked "blocks" from other distortion pedals. sort of mix, match and mod all in one.
