DS-1 mod problems.

I just finished Monte Allums DS-1 mod with the Tri-gain switch and throughout the installation everything worked. But I did the last step and installed the Tri-gain switch and I'm having some problems now. The LED setting on the switch is quieter/weaker than the rest of the settings. I also checked and only one of the LEDs is lighting up. Is this normal?

And also, the other two settings sound exactly the same! No difference between the diode and diode lift settings.

Any suggestions?
