I've got some that don't meet my spec for my Trem-O-Matic pedal.  They do work in the circuit, they're just not fast enough at max speed.  I'd be willing to send you one if you like.

I do carry these, but under Diodes (which is functionally wherte they belong), not transistors. I have verified that they will oscillate, but I can't guarantee range of control.
