Thanks for the props. I left out all of the dodgy and half baked ideas, and included only things that seemed to work.

I haven't found any good software for drawing schematics yet. So I just scanned the drawings that I made. If there are questions let me know, I can read them.

Those prefab PCBs are cool. And, the etching on your enclosures does look really nice. I'd be interested to hear more about your technique, too.
