Hi I’m new to this wonderful forum. :icon_mrgreen:
I’ve seen some threads on the Ibanez WH-10 but none really about cloning it.
So I’m wondering how hard it would to build one.
Has anyone built one on this forum?
It would be nice to have a parts list and PCB diagram, maybe some pictures?
I’m guessing I can get a wah enclosure off small bear or a similar site.

Anything would be appreciated very much.
Thanks

More stuff, less fear, less  hassle and less censoring? How 'bout it??. To discuss what YOU want to discuss instead of what others decide for you. It's possible...

But not at diystompboxes.com...... regrettably

Thanks I have seen a couple of those threads ^^ ;D
they don’t really tell me everything, but I suppose it won’t be handed to me on a plate  :icon_rolleyes:

Any chance of seeing some pic’s of your build Bernardduur?  ;)

Ehm...... just imagine a Dunlop wah pedal; that is mine :)

I added some trimpots around the wah pot so I could fine tune the range; borrowed that idea from the Dunlop bas wah

Uuh,
What exactly do you want to know? I'm pretty sure one of those above links does contain a link to the full PCB layout? ???

check...
yes it does:
http://www.dirk-hendrik.com/wh10.pdf , 4 pages long containing schematic, pcb layout, parts layout...

I prefer this unit above the Dunlop white wah as it really kills!!!!

Oh Dirk, I used your schematic; great work man!

Goed werk, ga zo door!

Did you use the schematic or the layout? There's nothing new in that schematic compared to the hishino WH10 single pot schematic 's most commonly posted, like on freeinfosociety.com. (with the side note that it also forms the tonecontrol section in the Ibanez CD5 Cyberdrive)  The dual pot wah is way more common in real life.

that said..
Graag gedaan man! ;D

Dirk what kind of pot do u use in your project? Single or dual?

I have other 2 question:

1) Have u heard an original wh-10?You projects sound like an original wh-10?

2) A bad thing of wh-10 pedal is that depth and boost are in the same pot, so on clean stuff the volume is TOO high. There's a way to control the volume in an other pot?So you could have a pot for depth and one pot for boost/volume.
