I've been working on this one for some time now.  I originally had it with the tempo indicator circuit that andre designed, but i couldn't get that to work.  I went through a ton of chips and never quite figured out the problem.  anyways, i decided to scrap the tempo indicator and wrap this up today...

the rocker controls the delay speed, but because the full range of the pot isn't used, i wired up another pot that can be switched so that you can have full access to the full range, which you can see here:

this side has the wet/dry mix and repeat controls:

and here's a gut shot.  because of the nut spacing, i had to keep the pot in place with JB Weld:

a while back, a friend asked me to make this for him.  It's a rebote 2.5 housed in a wah shell with the rate pot controllable by foot.  To tell you the truth, this was quite a bit of work, and it doesn't really blow me away.  The delay effect is nice, but it seems like this could be a bit cooler and more worthwhile to be spending the money on a shell if it was a bit...wilder, possibly?  It seems a bit tame and vanilla for my tastes.  It was a fun project, and I learned a lot, though!

back to the fuzzes!

sorry for bringing this back up after so long!

i just wanted to ask what kind of effect were you after?

was it perhaps the "ray-gun" like tommy bolin did on quadrant 4 with billy cobham?

have you tried to simultaneously speed up the delay time and bring up the refresh (repetitions) ?

from what i had found on web, bolin had his delay on the stand so he could manually change parameters while playing. to be honest - i haven't found out what he actually did to to produce the 'ray-gun' effect.
