Jen HF Mod. Layout from GGG

Does anyone happen to have the layout for the Jen HF Modulator from General Guitar Gadgets. I think GGG website is down. Every time i try to get on it says FORBIDDEN.

For anybody else looking for layouts, I googled "jen hf modulator site:generalguitargadgets.com" then hit the link for the correct cached page, then found the link for the pdf, put the address of the pdf into archive.org, and presto.
