Hii

I just finished soldering a May Queen guitar effect the one from the Runoffgroove site and i was wondering if anyone else has build this effect just to clear some of this questions:

- Is it normal for this effect to be really noisy/hum ?
- If i play around with the trimmer it seems i can control the gain of it and i only can get hum free with small amount of gain is this normal.

Overall this is a really great effect now what i need is an enclosure to it. Gotta try it on my ruby amp too.

Any suggestion about this effect anyone please let me know.

Ground issue maybe?
Mine wasn't overly noisey considering it's a high gainer.
Something's up with your build I would say.

Since my amp humms, cause i have no ground at my bedroom, maybe its because of that. It isnt really that loud noise so my question was if is it really normal to get a little noise from this effect?

In that case I would say yes.
