How do I make a pcb layout in Eagle or Adobe Illustrator CS2 that when I print it out, it is "actual size?"  I tried to print the Sonic Distortion from GGG but it looked a little small. ???  I'm trying to make it the real size so I can trace it onto a blank pcb.  Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Looks like that circuit has a DIP-8 chip, you could always print the layout and see if a DIP-8 chip would fit properly in the holes on the pcb, that'll tell you if the layout is the correct size. Note that the pins on DIP chips are usually spread out a little far, so if the chip seems just a little too wide for the holes, it's probably ok.
