Debug EA Tremelo

I've been working on an EAT and I've run into a problem. I get signal when bypassed and i get signal with the effect on but that signal is not tremeloed. The volume knob works regularly but the other knobs do nothing. I have no idea where to begin.

Did you happen to read that sticky at the top of the forum? The one titled "Debugging: What to do when it doesn't work" ?
