Reverse Delay: DIY ?

A trick is to fake it by having an attack modifier on the wet output. So you could take a direct wet feed out of an existing delay, into something like the SlowGear and back in to the wet/dry mix instead of the direct wet feed.

In studio. If you play Are You Experienced? backwards the drums in particular seem to have been recorded both forward and backwards.
