Multi colored capacitors - are they all polarized?

I've got a couple on a PT80 that are shaped like tantalums with tropical colors.  Not like those old "tropical fish" caps that were brown with the colored stripes.  These jobbers are are striped but the stripes cover the entire body of the cap.  I'm not sure if there is any indication of polarity.
