problems with ruby amp with headphone mod

hello,

i have build the ruby with the headphone mod. when i plug in, the speaker works fine. when i plug in the headphones, one side of the headphone is much louder than the other. is this normal?

No.  They should be equal in volume.  If you're using two Ruby's for right and left stereo then a 100K dual gang pot would work.  Otherwise you could have two 100K's to balance right and left.  I have a mono Ruby with a headphone jack and each side has equal loudness.
I also put in a transistor Muff Fuzz for some distortion.
