like the DOD meat box

I have a broken Meat Box laying somewhere, a friend of mine gave me to fix it but I didn't understand what was wrong (no output signal at all, maybe the switching circuit).

Has anyone the meat box schematics?

I called it the 'Leaf Blower', mainly for a lack of anything else to name it.  This is my first posted schematic, so there may be some screwups.  Comments appreciated!

Nice work, Celadine! I get way lost in that layout.

All I could see was maybe a missing 1M resistor on the gate of the top left FET on page 1,  and you should probably remove the little dot that makes it look like pin 3 is connected to pins 4 and 6 on the 4013.
