MFOS Sound Lab Wiring Question

The Output Jacks' wiring points to C22 connecting to "AA" on the front panel. On the front panel, the resistive element of R27(the center), points to "AA" as if it were on the PC board. Is it on the PC board, or is the connection just to the output jack? I want to know specifically because I am going to wire in the VCO fine tuners and I need to know if "AA" is the center of R27 or not.
