Fuzz Face 3PDT Question

First off, I've been hunting all over the bloody internet, but I haven't come up with a solid answer, so I'm posting here (though this is a repeat question).

That said, I'm working on a Fuzz Face clone based on GGG's design, and I'm wanting to add a 3PDT switch -- but I'm not sure where the layout's 2PDT lugs correlate to the 3PDT's. Here's my layout:

Fuzz Central says to wire a 3PDT with the following:

Lug 1: Board In
Lug 2: Output Sleeve
Lug 3: Bridged to lug 6
Lug 4: Volume Lug 2
Lug 5: Output Tip
Lug 6: Bridged to lug 4
Lug 7: +9V DC
Lug 8: Nothing

My question, then, is how do I wire the switch? (:)) I don't know where GGG's lug 3 goes on my board (which 3PDT lug it corresponds to, that is), etc. Can someone give me a breakdown of where each switch lug should attach to a 3PDT (like, Lug 1=, Lug 2=, etc.)? Are my board attachments right?

TIA

Should I just wire it up like GGG's PNP w/Neg Ground?

Wow, I've never seen that grounding method before.
