WEM / Watkins copycat

I have an old Copycat in; it does not work. I opened it up and she looks fine from the inside, the three cords are cut and two extra inputs were made.
I found the AC cord and the output cord; when I hook it up to an amp all I hear is a loud hum

I have found the schematic online (bit smudgy but it is OK); anyone has more info for me? I would love to know if the 150V it runs on is normal for example
