SD-1 bleed fix mod transistor???

Hey guys, I just finished modding up a SD-1 and I'm about to do the Bleed Fix mod. I though I had a J201 transistor here but I didn't so I went around to all the Radioshacks here where I live and I can't find any. They use to have the but, I guess not anymore. Is there another type of transistor i can use for the mod? Thanks
