Deluxe Memory Man schematic, wrong?

Hey all,

I have read that the Memory Man schematic out there is incorrect...  Does anyone know where the problem areas are?  It seems to be the only one out there for this model.  The two MN3005 model to be exact.

I see a 7.5k between pin #10 and pin #10 of the 2nd  1/2 NE570 ...     (there is NO typo in this line!)

To the right of the word: "LFO switch" I see a strange node of 3 resistors...

What about the MN3005´s, they have 14? pins instead of 8, like I see in the pictures/datasheet. That´s wrong, right? I can't understand lots of the numbers in the second schem, but I´ll figure them out. Just to be sure, the square with the diode symbol and the circle in the second one are rectifiers, right? Four 1N4007´s should do it?

How much do theese MN3005 cost?, just wondering how much my ass is gonna hurt...

They are in a 14 pin DIP package, but they only actually have 8 pins (4 at each end).

This schematic also has several important differences compared to the last "PICO" Deluxe Memory Mans from the early '00's, particularly in the power section. Instead of seeing a diode bridge, you will find antiparallel diodes and a -15V regulator IC.
