I hope i can get a little bit of assistance on this,
I have just built the acoustic simulator that is in nabos gallery, created by christian, and after tidying the wiring up a bit i got this puppy working nicly in the box, but after a little while of playing my guitar the noice level increases as in static hiss gets louder and then what i can only decribe as a heart beatting sound starts coming through, then it dyes down and the pedel doesn't seem to work the same until the noise comes back and goes again.
I really have no idea what could be causing it.
the noise seemed to be originating from the bass tone pot but after changing it it still happens
another thing the mid tone pot doesn't seem to be doing anything the the sound at all.
anyway thanks to anyone who may be able to shed some light on this for me.
cheers

Do any components (opamps in particular) get hot the longer you have the effect up and running?

Hi captntasty
thanks for the reply,
no nothing seems to get hot.
i pulled everything out of the box again last night and layed it on the bench and plugged it in
and just played my guitar thru it
i got the noice to start happening again but it immediatly stopped when i moved the pots
and it didn't come back again, i played for a good hour, so there must be something wrong with the way i have the pots connected
but i still cant get a lot of response from the mid tone control, only very slight.
thanks again for your reply.
i appreciate the help.
cheers
