1 uf NP electrolytic caps

I got some of these in a grab bag; I'm sure the "NP" means "non-polar".  So can I just use these wherever a 1uf electo is called for, and not worry about it's orientation, without any ill effects? (Ha! No pun intended...)

I use 'em all the time - they're great!
Especially use them for coupling caps. I always try to avoid using polarized electrolytic caps for audio coupling - non-polar or bi-polar has always sounded better to my ears.
