Rangemaster to Fetzer Valve is slightely noisy

I recently built Rangemaster and added Fetzer Valve circuit right after it (on the same board). The sound is really good but it seems to be much noisier than Rangemaster itself. Is that normal? I grounded everything possible & used shielded wires. Is there any help to lower the noise?
