hey. i've been thinking a bit about ground loops recently. thinking about it, i come to realise that an effects loop/looper pedal makes a large ground loop. yeah? so i was thinking for the 'send' and 'return' jacks they could both or one be plastic and and only one be connected to ground (the send one i suppose). thinking of the boutique pedals out there, i haven't seen this before. could anyone think of any reasons why disconnecting the ground on the receiving end could cause a problem? should it have a ground lifting switch?

thanks (:
