1980's three IC Small stone question

19080's Small Stone that doesn't work.  I was surprised to see only three IC's.  It looked like someone put a socket in and put a replacement IC in.  I figured it was the wrong one and bought a replacement 13600N for it but realized that the board calls for a 14 pin IC not 16 pin like the 13600N is.  Is this LM324N the correct chip? Does anyone know what IC is supposed to go here? A guy on eBay has the same one but I can't get him to get the numbers of that IC.

It has 1 LM324 and 2 LM13600.  Here's a pic of mine:
