Hi guys!

just finished this today, it's a little bit more portable than the other one I have and it has all the stuff I need
- wah is a Proel enclosure with a different ckt inside, probably a crybaby
- chorus is a Little Angel
- Overdrive, planned to be an LTD Silver, ended with a HW89!
- Crunch is a Crunch Box

working on that 3mm (seems like 10mm!!) bent aluminum sheet is really hard, all those diamond shapes to be flattened down, a PITA!!! , so after a couple of them, I gave up!!!!

then I had that Pandora PX4D laying around and I thought I could use it just with 4 presets

ampli simulator+cab simulator+Reverber
ampli simulator+cab simulator+Echo+Reverber
Echo+Reverber
Reverber

all in all I can have also a Tuner!!

Swich on the top is TB for the PX4D

- my wife helped me with the backside !!
- the foot print on the wah is also my wife idea/work !!!
- the wood is fir, badly painted on purpose with wood paint to let it look old!

there you go

Cheers m8s

 ;D I promise you're a better guitarist than I am! I tell people that I am a decent guitarist, for a bass player.  ;)

Here's one taken a few months ago while I was still playing at my old church, so it will likely need an update when I start up again  :icon_rolleyes:.

Left to right top to bottom they are:
Line 6 Verbzilla, Modified Boss DD-5, Ernie Ball Jr VP, Crybaby 535Q, Digitech Whammy IV, True bypass box for Whammy and Wah (under the Whammy).
GFS Delay with added LFO for modulation, Line 6 Tap Tremolo, Amp channel selector, tap tempo going to DD-5, Custom Built Swirl finish Big Muff with lots of mods, Peppermill with Diode Clip switch and Tone Knob, GFS Tuner.

Chain goes guitar>tuner>true bypass (Whammy, Wah)>Peppermill, Big Muff>Front of Amp
Effects loop send>Volume Pedal>Tremolo>GFS Delay>DD-5>Verbzilla>effect loop return

I have a rotation of different dirt and boost pedals depending on what kind of songs I'm playing. This just happened to be the setup for that particular weekend lol.

Hey slacker, are you using a separate regulated DC output for your RC-2? Does it have any effect on pedal noise?

I've been neglecting mine lately cause of its high-pitched whine  :icon_redface:

No, in this setup it's sharing a power supply with other pedals and it's quiet. Before I built the board I did have that problem and had to use a separate supply for the RC2 otherwise it whined. I even built the power supply for the board with two separate 7809 regulators in it so that I could run it off its own supply if necessary, but for some reason it didn't need it.
It is powered from the DC out on the TU-2, but as far as I know that's just a pass though, and it's the same powering it off the daisy chain instead.

phector2004

Hmmm good to know... I'll play around my power supplies, see if it changes anything

Nice colour-coding, by the way!

time to bolt them down, I thought..

ampswitcher(reverb,loop,channel)
guitar goes to crybaby, then to tuner, to amp.
from the fx loop-to harmonist to chorus to delay, back to amp fx return
the funny looking four push button thing is a satelite for the Behringer harmonist,  on/off, the "key" pot and three presets so I dont have to drop to the floor between songs or stomp on that plastic german wunder.

I still have some wireing to do, but thats minor work..

Nice, but why don't you rehouse the Behringer? Would save some space...

I like the the tape over the LED on the US600 - it is a bit bright isn't it?  I do wonder if it's half the reason the thing destroys 9V batteries in about five hours.  Best pitch shifter for anywhere near the price.  Do you have a true bypass on that?  I'm not sure but it sounds to me when I use mine as if the bypass still runs though the ADC->DAC and it actually makes an audible tone difference to my POD running straight into my line in then out to my speakers.
I made the transistor angry.

..what do you mean?...a 30-Euro "Lasic"-operation can't be bad, can it?.... ;D

no, but since it sits in the loop too, it is not as cruical as it would be if it sat before the amp. ..by its nature it must be after any distortion. otherwise all you get is distorted cords and not harmonies, so for me, the bypass isn't a problem..

My custom wah, three way "sweep" selector. Dan Armstrong Green Ringer clone, Hardwire Valve Distortion, Boss DD-5. I play too hard and loud to use many more effects... used to have a ridiculous board.

This was my favorite setup, the Foxrox Octron is TIIIIGHT. The blue Ibanez chorus/flanger will give you nutty sounds and never sound cheesy- I miss those two ten series pedals..

My latest pedalboard iteration. I've moved to a pseudeo-Eric Johnson kind of setup with an A/B switch between rhythm and lead effects chains feeding 2 channels on my '68 Showman. Most of the effects are DIY.

Signal Chain:
Fulltone Clyde Std. => T.C. Polytune => A/B Switch =>
A (rhythm) Chain (top): Klon Clone (Madbean Sunking) => Uniphase Phaser + Impulse Tremolo (Modded Phase 90 + E.A. Tremolo) => Boss PS-3 modded for true bypass => MXR Carbon Copy => '68 Showman Normal Channel
B (lead) Chain (bottom): Zen + Klon Clone (Madbean Serendipity + Madbean Sunking) => Reiterator Dual Analog Delay (dual Madbean Aquaboy builds) => '68 Showman Vibrato Channel

Just bought velcro today, been sitting on the board for a few months now tho.  it goes tuner>buffer>orange squeezer>metal core>metal zone(modded)>DS1(modded)>octavia>zombie chorus>behringer space c>boss dimension c>boss bf2(modded)>crybaby(modded).

gonna remove the zombie chorus and metal zone when i get my echo base enclosure drilled.  also have room for the madbean loophole which is almost done.  trying to currently troubleshoot a kay tremolo housed in a morley wah pedal, and that will deff make it on the board.  also have a magnus modulus awaiting drilling.  not sure if that is gonna make it on this board or not.  gonna try to squeeze my phase 90 clone on here as well when i can get the enclosure drilled lol.

the metal core is great for modern heavy metal, and the ds1 with the orange squeezer is great for just about anything else.  the metal zone is designed for fast death metal, and is about all i need in that realm.  it has an opa2134 in it, so every note is much more distinct and crisp than the other distortion pedals on this board.  as i am designing this board for cover music, it doesnt really need to be here.  i may move the dimension c and another wah onto the deathmetal setup, because the chorus can make soloing super creepy sounding.  if i take it off of this board it will be replaced by either a little angel, or the screaming angel that is almost done
(little angel/tube screamer combo).

also have a DMM clone with parts on the way, and that may make it onto this board as well.  also have an r2g2 pcb and a darkside pcb sitting here waiting to be populated.  cant wait for the next time i post in this thread  :icon_lol:

lastly, i have ludwig phase ii clone boards on the way.  i think i am going to need to build a 2nd board for all this stuff.
