Taking an inventory of what needs to be done and defining goals usually helps me be more productive, so this is an excellent thread for me.

Let's see...
First and foremost is the pedal-prototyping board.  Right now it's a teeny tiny breadboard and a steel stud with jacks and a stomp switch-not the most ergonomic or practical solution.  "Finished" would entail: larger breadboard, hardwired power supply (with 12, 9, and 5V outs, sag pots for each), a row of 1M linear pots (add parallel resistors for other values), bypass and "dry" out for comparing phase (or even a small mixer), and a noisy cricket at the end.  Basically a big tabletop affair with guitar in, line out, and speaker out.  Oh, and a bunch of VU meters!

Well, maybe first should be cleaning up the pedal making area.  Yeah, I think my wife would second that.
