CA3140E

  Need some help here, if possible. I was going through a pile of already populated PC boards I have. All of them are labelled except for one. Its got the CA3140, three 1uF caps, a .22 cap, 390 pF cap and 22K res in parallel, two 1K res, and a 4.7K res. Does this sound familiar to anybody? I've been looking everywhere for a schematic that resembles this.
