I have a Nobels ODR-1 Overdrive that recently took a hit when there was an electrical short in my pedal power supply. It is a Rev 5 board, if that means anything to anyone. Currently it passes no audio, but the footswitching seems to work as usual.

The spot on the PC board where some damage was done (slight charring, burned PC traces) has a BC264D FET which is the first stage that the audio signal hits. I see no physical damage to any components, so it's not so easy to know what to try replacing. I already replaced a 1N4004 protection diode and I'm thinking the FET is next in line, but I don't have any BC264Ds, and I'm not at all familiar with it to know what's compatible with it.

I have J201, MPF102 and a few other run-of-the-mill FETS, but I don't want to go through the hassle of pulling the FET off the board and trying a blind replacement if I know already that I have nothing compatible.

Any thoughts?

I love this pedal and I'm definitely one of the camp who swears by them as a Tube Screamer killer.
