Best possible flow results with RoHS compliant solder?

After a marathon soldering session this weekend I'd have to say I'm fairly pleased with the smaller diameter Kester.

Excellent. Sounds like part of the secret is to use alittle more heat and drop the solder gauge.

The best part is that dropping to the .025" didn't require upping the temp.

I use 0.031" most of the time. I have always liked a hot iron lead free or not.
