I just made this layout, I really noob in these flip-flop type things, so someone check this layout for obvious mistakes?

Shouldn`t pin 3 of IC2 (on your layout) be going to pin 13 of IC1?

I just noticed that they are different way on GEOFEX Schemo and in the schemo I linked. Which is right?

The new layout is verified now by me. This thing works great. Thanks for pointing that mistake in the other schemo out.

I'm not sure what GEOFEX schemo you're referring to. That link certainly isn't one of mine.
