Come in Auke!
I have used your splitter posts and RGs comments to build my splitter, Is yours still wailing?
I went with an OP284 dual opamp and it was oscillating a bit with the 10k feedback resistors, so I just went with the simplest buffer config with 0 ohm feedback. Note that this oscillation was only visible with an oscope.
The Xicon transformers from Mouser work very well and give a full freq response, but do show a bit of peaking at 20-25kHz, so the rolloff makes sense. One thing I found... the primary and secondary should be completely isolated. 2 of 3 transformers I received showed some bit of high resistance continuity. It is something to keep in mind and measured for.

Alf, that OPA627 is superior to the TL series. Much better noise specs. I did not compare offset specs but it is still very good and the slew rate is high.
Anyways, these splitters are super quiet and the homebrew projects come in wayyyyyy cheaper than off the shelf offerings. Good job everyone!
