Let's say i set up a bias voltage for a Ge tranny (FF, TB, ...) at room temperature. After that, when the temperature is rising, does the collector bias voltage go up or down?

As the temperature rises, the transistor will draw more current which will create a larger voltage drop at the collector reducing its voltage.

However, a well designed circuit will minimize this effect usually by means of some sort of feedback or clever biasing scheme.

Temp goes up:

-Current Draw Up
-Voltage Drop Up
-Voltage Down
-Sound ... Who Knows...
