TIP: Use the Customer Part No. Field

Just started using the Cust Part Number field when ordering components from Mouser.

I placed MY reference number in the field which is basically the abbreviated project ID and the component number.  When I get the parts, the packet label has my part number reference on it.  Makes for an easy way to split up my parts when they arrive.  I think DigiKey has this too!

If you parts supplier has this field it's a handy tool. 

I'm sure the pedal building vets already know about this but for us newbies this is a godsend!
