Wrong question.

The correct question is:
"I clogged up my grounding inputs on my pcb. How do I get them clear to put in my wire?"

One of the assortment of correct answers is:
Using a clean, well tinned soldering iron (all the correct answers start this way, by the way) heat the clogged pad until it melts, then poke a thin wooden toothpick through the hole.

Another popular one is:
Using a clean, well tinned soldering iron heat the clogged pad until it melts, and then press desoldering braid onto the heated pad with the hot soldering iron tip until the solder wicks up into the braid and runs 1/4" to 1/2" along the braid.

There are others.
