I isolated a faulty cap on my DD-3 that I bought DOA the other week, and well I need to now replace it

on the schem its "C34 10/16" its directly beneath the Expander part of the NE570 compander chip.  I know the cap is at fault I just put a small cap in its place just to see.

anyway question is, I know the 16 must stand for volts, is the 10uF ?? as this cap is tiny small, the writing on it says 16V and 10 just the number ten, its an electro if that helps.  Never paid too much attention to how Boss note values on schems

I figured this but the size difference got me double guessing.  I assume they use some miniture electros then lol

You can get sub-mini electros that they use for like camcorders and stuff. I've just never seen the need, personally. Plus, they're a bit more expensive (pennies, but still...).

I am going to do a complete cap job on this pedal, its 20 years old and in need of it big time. one has failed and its only a matter of time till others do..... thinking of changing all ceramics for film or new ceramics for values that I cant get and changing all electros for tants.  a pain in the butt on this pedal as its densly populated on the pcb but I think it will be worth it
