Hearthrob Speed Pot Problem

I built a Hearthrob trem that works great except for one thing: the speed pot does nothing through 95% of its travel, then it changes slightly at fully clockwise. I've tried two different B1M pots & even an A1M & they all function the same. I've beeped the board & can find no shorts or opens. I haven't done voltage readings yet, but will when time permits. I am kinda lost without a schematic, so any help would be appreciated.

Anyone here had this issue? I did a search but found nothing.

TIA for any advice.

Bad pot maybe.
Many have built this and had no problems.
Also, check resistor values.
Good Luck!

Dude, welcome back! I got an answer from the man himself! Too cool...  :icon_cool:
I'll check out the resistors again. I've tried a handful of pots, but they are all the same. I'm sure it is something way simple that I'm overlooking.
