Russian FET distortion schematic (xbananoff & Medved)

Hello, there was a thread started a while back (here) that described tube-like fet based distortion from a Russian guitar forum.  A few of the links went dead and I don't read Russian but I was wondering if anybody here built one and if anybody had a link to a layout?

Xbananoff has brougth his ideas to commercialization. Look at AMT's  SS-20 and Legend Amps series (http://www.amtshop.com).
