Crest era FF Q's

hi all,
the crest era fuzz faces have a 100k volume pot. i was wondering what affect going to a: 250k, 500k or 1meg would have on overall volume and tone?

also was wondering if besides helping make fuzz increase/decrease more linear if there were any other sonic implications of using a  Reverse Audio Taper pot for fuzz?
