Hi folks,

I think the page is pretty self explanatory. But, here is a circuit that will allow you to scroll through four effects loops with one footswitch. It will also allow you to automatically sequence through them.

It is pretty simple, using 4 CMOS IC's and very few passive components.

Inspiration from reading TheToneGod's website.

Using CMOS IC's like this is nothing new, but I have never seen it implemented like this for guitar use.

Hmmm, very nice nelson!
Glad to know you are back to the hobby after personal troubles, and giving us stuff to make! You were "one of the names to look for in posts" when I started in this... if that means anything... ;D
Unverified, right? Might try to make it, not very soon though, tied up with other stuff...

Nice, looks like you could use it to switch between 4 different instruments as well by sticking them in the returns.  OR go to 4 different amps by using the sends.

Do you know the cd4052? 2x independent 4pst analog switches: http://www.futurlec.com/4000Series/CD4052.shtml  Just another option for notions like this.

I like the sequencing idea, a friend and I had the half baked idea to do that with a crummy multi FX pedal by clocking the different momentary footswitches to get it to cycle through all the patches.

Paul Nelson,
That name rings a bell. Are you THAT Paul Nelson? The guy backing up Johnny Winter on his "I'm a Bluesman" CD?
Jist wonderin' ... dat's all.
Deception does not exist in real life, it is only a figment of perception.

Zombie thread alert: Has anybody built this? Paul's site has it as "unverified", so if anyone has experience with it, I'd like to hear it. TIA.
