Well I went looking and it is indeed quite easy to find. The schematic itself isn't available but there is a complate layout of a board with and the IC's mounted etc with traces in behind, quite a beautiful thing actually, but it's not the original DMM but one with mods to double the delay time. I'm sure it won't be much of an issue to reverse the layout into a schematic while adding in the parts of schemo that Omar has posted here.

So go join the forum and then look through the indexs and you'll find a thread for mods to the DMM and there a .pdf ,third down, thats exactly what I've got and I'm sure it'll keep me busy for a while.

So over the next few days I'll try and get the schematic drawn up then Mr Volta might be able to confirm I've drawn it correctly. I hope.

I need a little help here... I had to replace the voltage regulator 'cause I blew it while doing some mods. I got a couple of them today and  put one in there, measured voltages and it was putting 9v when it should have been 15v. I replaced it for another one and the same thing but this time I noticed the CD4047 was super hot!!!! I took it out and measured again and now it's putting out 15v...  anyone?? do I just need to replace the IC or is there something else going on??

4047s are cheap.  Go ahead and replace it.

Hi There
I would like to see a 2003 Deluxe Memory Man Schematic, it has two MN3005, 5 MC4558cn, a philips 4047 and a philips SA571N and 5 trimpots, and is built in transformer 110-24V that uses a negative rectifier to put -15V on the circuit, please if some one can help I would be greatful.
Thanks

I didn't count the trimpots but...everything else seems to be there.

First hit on google!

I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)
