Tone Bender Q Question

I'm working with a Tonepad PCB of the Tone Bender 3 Knob version. I've aquired a three Transistor set from small bear and they are maerked with an hfe of 70, 90, and 117. My question is: which one goes with each Q?

They go in the order you said: Q1 = 70, Q2 = 90 and Q3 = 117 but nobody will stop you from trying how they sound in different positions right?
