Chorus repeating crackling noise synced with chorus speed

Hi all,

I'm trying to solve a problem which probably lays in the chorus section on my Juno 106 synthesizer.

This is a stereo chorus made of two identical circuits based on a MN3009 and MN3101

The probelm is only heard on the channel described by the bottom circuit on the schematics.
I pulled both MN3009 and MN3101 and using an audio probe I found that the repeating noise initiates at leg number 7 of the MN3101,
which is OX1 in that chip.

I replaced C49, TR25 and the two BBDs to no avail.

Any other thing you would check/replace ?
