I'm making an Orange Squeezer for a fellow bass player but want to mod it to suit bass a little more.  I've done a quick search on this but still have a question or two.
At tonepad there are some mods listed:
1)  Change output cap from 4.7uF to 1uF - shouldn't you go higher not lower??

Also wouldn't it make more sense to change the input cap to something higher than 0.047uF?  And the other 0.047uF cap in the signal chain?

I use mine on my bass all the time with no bass mods and I like it as is.  I won't play my bass without it hardly anymore.  When the trim is set just right it works great on my bass.  Breadboard and try it first and test it out.
