Tonepad Tremulus Lune no effect/blinking LFO led

Hi all!

I've just finished building factory tonepad Tremulus Lune but I get no tremolo effect and LFO LED doesn't blink.
No pot modify LED light except Spacing one, which give + or - light, but always constant.
I've tried changing 4558 amp, putting a TL072 but nothing...

I've also checked connections and everything seems ok...

Any idea about what to do ?

what are the voltages on both ICs for all pins?

I made a mistake on my first post, the only pot wich affects LFO LED light is the Spacing one.

Voltage values of 4558 are:
1- 5.25    8- 8.2
2- 5.25    7- 5.2
3- 4.47    6- 5.66
4- 0         5- 4.5
