Need Help with a simple layout

I just need some extra eyes on this, even though it is a simple circuit. i find the simple ones are the ones i mess up!

does everything look right on my new tillan preamp layout?

i redraw this back to schematics and it matched the link you gived.

Do you happen to have a link to the schematic to compare?  I built the preamp cable and it seems your PCB has more components.

In a quick "once over" it looks correct. An unneccessary trace / hole, but it won't affect anything.

thanks guys! that extra pair of holes is for a mod he suggests on the site, where if you bridge R2 with a cap you apparently get more gain. i put it there in case i decide to try it.

EDIT: just noticed i forgot to label the pads  i'll fix that before it goes in the gallery. by the way, aron i hope you don't mind, but i tend to upload to a photobucket account now instead of the layout gallery, just because it is more user friendly for me in the way my strange mind works
