My fovorite Tremolo ever has been the Dano Tunamelt on the Soft side.

I am making a 3 in 1 mod pedal with a Small Clone, Cortez Phaser and want to add a Trem but I want to have at least one that I build my self in the mix insted of rehousing a TM. What would get me closest? I'm thinking the EA but want some opinions. I don't need alot of options like the Lune, just a nice soft Trem.

Here's the schematic http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/4189/danotunamelt2li.jpg

It's missing most of the component values though. The basic idea is similar to the tremulous lune though.

I have a Tunamelt (what I like very much) and built the Tremulus Lune as well. Then I pulled out the Dano from my pedalboard as I can get Tunamelt kind of effect and much more from the Lune. As it´s a well documented circuit and layout allover the net, my best suggestion is to build one of that for your 3 in 1 project.

Good luck!

See the thing is I don't want more. I have gone through a lot of boutique and cheap Tremolo's to find that I just don't need many options. Plus I don't want the Trem to take up much room in enclosure.

I'm thinking I will go for the EA unless a better idea comes along. I heard that the "Mojo Tone Sugar Baby" designed by Brian at SubDecay is close to the EA even if not on purpose and it's my second favorite Trem.

I don´t think Lune has a big size. You can put just the stuff you need, like to supress anything but the intensity and rate pots.
But if you like the sound of EA, go get it!

I've got the EA I built for my cousin back in my possession for a re-box.

Before I tore it down, I a/b'd it with my Tuna, and, to me, they had a similar chop, but the EA was much warmer. The Tuna was brittle in comparison.

I'm sure it will be too late for you by the time I can get the new box painted and get the EA back together, but I can try to do an a/b vid, if you want.

Actually, it would be next week... I forgot that I left my board at my friends, as we are playing a gig this weekend, and I didn't feel like hauling all my stuff back lol.

But still, if next week rolls around, and you haven't built anything yet, PM me.

I would suggest the EA, though. I will eventually replace my Tuna with one.
