Missing transistors for Russian Speaker Sim. (Magnum by GunPowder)

I saw this thread about these Russian schematics (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=27925.40) and got interested to build the Magnum Lite Speaker Sim by Gunpowder. Problem is though, that I can't find alternatives for the KII103E transistor.

One of the Russian guys (xbananoff) mentions that the J2n5020 would be an alternative but I can't seem to be able to find this or any alternatives to this.

Has anyone had any success building this or does anyone know of alternatives for the transistor?
