Hello. I've modified my vibe to a single pot speed control. However, I have a few "bugs" I'm not sure how to remedy. I'm using the VTL5C3/2 and have a 560 ohm resistor for Re. The speed is still not able to go "as-fast-as" it was with the dual pot. Problem is, the lower I go in ohm's on Re, I get way too much gain on the volume after the LFO...to the point it overdrives. There's some stuff i need to change. Just don't know what.

You're fighting the nature of the LDR. LDRs don't go all the way to 0 ohms. Pots (in theory, sometimes in practice) do. Highest speed is with lowest resistance. Lower the 4.7K resistors in series with the "pot".

Thanks R.G. I'll try that out and report back.

That did the trick!! I lowered the two 4.7k resistors to 2.2k, and it speed things up.

Thanks,
Anthony
